At Dico Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Dico Copenhagen box and ensure the package is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
